Baile de entrenadores / Change of managers

Una de las factores que mas me llamaban la atención cuando decidí empezar a escribir en el blog, fue la "paciencia" y la confianza a largo plazo que los clubes solían tener con sus entrenadores, los cuales pasaban bastantes temporadas desempeñando sus funciones en el mismo equipo. Ejemplos como el de Pekka Lyyski, en el banquillo de IFK desde 2005 me llamaban positivamente la atención.

Sin embargo, desde mitad de la temporada 2013 y en lo poco que llevamos de la 2014, parece que en el fútbol finlandés, por una u otra razón se ha ido agotando esa "paciencia" o falta de confianza y ha empezado un ligero baile o puzzle de entrenadores en la Veikkausliiga.

Haciendo una comparativa entre los años 2013 y 2014, voy a nombrar los diferentes equipos y sus cambios de entrenador durante éstas dos sesiones. Significativos movientos entre muchos de los clubes, pareciendo en muchos casos un cambio de cromos, ya que son básicamente los mismos entrenadores, que en muchos casos, simplemente han cambiado de banquillo.

La conclusión que me deja el informe es que son pocos los entrenadores que los equipos manejan para entrenar la Veikkausliiga, principalmente ex-jugadores y entrenadores finlandeses, y que el crédito que anteriormente tenían, se ve bastante reducido en la mayoría de los casos.

One of the facts I was struck when I decided to start writing in the blog was the "patience" and "confidence" that clubs used to have with their coaches , who spent many seasons in the same team . Examples like Pekka Lyyski , on the bench of IFK since 2005 were very positive for me.
However, since half of the 2013 season and now in 2014 , it seems that the Finnish football, for one reason or another has been running out the " patience " or due to a  lack of confidence clubs in Finland have started a dance of coaches in the Veikkausliiga .
Making a comparison between 2013 and 2014 , I will refer to  the different teams and their coaching changes during these two sessions. Significant moves between many of the clubs , looking in many cases a change of cards, since they are basically the same coaches , which in many cases have simply changed the bench.
The conclusion that leaves me the report is that there are only few coaches that teams manage to train the Veikkausliiga, mainly from Finland and many of them former players. The credit they used to have it is not so wide now.
