Lista de 25 jovenes promesas / 25 finnish young players

El seleccionador nacional Mixu Paatelainen, en colaboración con la federación finesa y con los entrenadores de los doce equipos de la Veikkausliiga, han decidido hacer un pequeño "stage", de dos días de duración (entre el martes 13 y el jueves 15 de Diciembre) y en el que convocaran a 25 jovenes jugadores fineses de la Veikkausliiga.
Durante los dos días trabajaran conjuntamente los técnicos de los equipos con los de la federación, con el objetivo de mejorar a los jugadores tanto a nivel individual (trabajaran por grupos por demarcaciones), como a nivel colectivo. Se espera que con el tiempo, alguno de éstos jugadores, puedan dar el salto a otros países europeos, con ligas de mayor nivel, y que a su vez se vayan integrando en el equipo nacional.

The finnish national coach, Mixu Paatelainen, in cooperation with the managers of the 12 teams of the Veikkausliiga have decided to have some kind of "stage" (from 13th to 15th of December) with 25 young finnish players of the Veikkausliiga.
The players and the coaching staff will work in different areas (individual and in a group), in order to improve the quality and skills of the players. The idea is one of those players has the chance to compite in a mayor league in Europe and get the opportunity to join in the finnish squad.
